Managing Your Subscription
You can change your plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Payments are processed via Stripe with both monthly and yearly billing options.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher plan:
- Navigate to Workspace Settings and select the Billing tab.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm the change.
When you upgrade mid-cycle, your billing is prorated -- you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. Your new monthly credit allowance and features take effect immediately.
Switching from Free to a paid plan redirects you to Stripe Checkout for payment setup.
Downgrading Your Plan
To switch to a lower plan:
- Navigate to Workspace Settings and select the Billing tab.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
- Confirm the change.
The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan's features until then.
If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (for example, storage or team member count), you may need to reduce usage before the downgrade can take effect.
Yearly vs Monthly Billing
Yearly plans save approximately 15% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the billing portal. When switching to yearly, you pay the full annual price upfront.
Team Plan Seat Management
Team and Business plans are billed per seat with a minimum of 2 seats. Credits are pooled across all team members in the workspace.
- Adding seats: Prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. New credits are added to the shared pool immediately.
- Removing seats: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Example: Team plan with 5 seats = 100,000 credits/month shared across all members.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel:
- Navigate to Workspace Settings and select the Billing tab.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After canceling, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data (projects, assets, workflows) is preserved, but features exclusive to paid plans become unavailable.
Boost credits you have purchased are not affected by cancellation. They remain in your account and can be used on the Free plan.
