Group Node
The Group node is a visual container that lets you organize related nodes on the canvas. It does not process data or connect to other nodes -- instead, it provides a labeled, color-coded area that groups nodes logically for better readability.
What It Does
You use Group nodes to visually cluster related nodes together. Each group has a customizable label, background color, and font size, making it easy to identify different sections of a large workflow at a glance. When you move a group, all nodes inside it move together.
Configuration
| Parameter | Description | Options |
|---|---|---|
| Label | The text displayed at the top of the group | Free-form text |
| Color | Background color of the group container | Multiple color options available |
| Font Size | Size of the label text | Configurable |
Usage
- Drag a Group node onto the canvas.
- Resize it to enclose the nodes you want to group together.
- Set a descriptive Label (for example, "Product Image Pipeline" or "Background Generation").
- Choose a Color to visually distinguish this group from others.
- Adjust the Font Size if needed for readability.
Group nodes are purely organizational. They do not affect workflow execution or data flow -- they simply help you keep the canvas tidy.
Use a consistent color scheme across your workflows: for example, blue for input groups, green for generation groups, and orange for post-processing groups. This makes complex workflows scannable at a glance.
