Bulk Import
The bulk import feature lets you upload and organize many assets at once by uploading a ZIP file. This is the fastest way to populate your asset library when you have a large number of images to add.
How to Bulk Import
- Prepare your files -- gather all images into a single ZIP archive. You can organize them into folders within the ZIP to preserve structure.
- Navigate to Assets and click Bulk Import.
- Upload the ZIP file -- drag and drop or browse to select your archive.
- Map asset types -- assign each file or folder to an asset type (character, product, background, or logo).
- Confirm and import -- review the import summary and click Import.
Supported Formats
| Property | Details |
|---|---|
| Archive format | ZIP |
| Image formats | PNG, JPG, WebP |
| Maximum archive size | Depends on your plan |
| Folder structure | Preserved during import |
Organizing Imported Assets
After import, your assets appear in the library according to the type you assigned. You can further organize them by:
- Moving assets into existing folders
- Creating new collections from the imported batch
- Renaming or re-categorizing individual assets
tip
Name your files descriptively before zipping them. File names are used as the default asset names during import, so clear naming saves you from renaming each asset manually afterward.
