Asset Management Overview
Your asset library is the central place to store and organize all the creative elements you use across workflows and AI generation. Assets ensure consistency in your outputs by letting you reuse characters, products, backgrounds, logos, generic images, source videos, and AI-generated content across multiple projects.
Asset Types
| Type | Description | Common Use Cases |
|---|---|---|
| Character | People or figures with consistent identity | Marketing campaigns, social media, brand ambassadors |
| Product | Physical or digital products for branded content | E-commerce imagery, product launches, catalogs |
| Background | Scene settings and environments | Contextual product shots, lifestyle imagery |
| Logo | Brand marks and visual identifiers | Watermarks, branded compositions, packaging |
| Image | Generic images that don't fit a branded type | Reference images, mood boards, working files |
| Video | Source video files uploaded into the workspace | Reference footage, edits, motion control inputs |
| Audio | Voiceovers, music tracks, and sound effects | TTS sources, soundtrack assets, podcast clips |
| Document | Briefs, decks, spreadsheets, and reports | Client briefs (DOCX), product lists (CSV / XLSX), pitch decks (PPTX), reference reports (PDF) |
| Generated content | Outputs produced by Flow Studio runs and AI Suite tools | Auto-saved generations, browseable in Collections |
The Categorized Assets view excludes generated_content so your branded library stays clean. To browse generated outputs, open the Collections view or filter by the Generated content type.
The Asset Library
All assets live in a single unified library, accessible from the Assets section of the sidebar. There are no separate pages for each type — instead, you use filter chips to narrow your view.
Filtering and Favorites
Use the filter chips at the top of the library to quickly narrow down your view:
- All — show every asset
- Favorites — show only assets you've marked as favorites
- Characters / Products / Backgrounds / Logos / Images / Videos — filter by asset type
- Generated content — show outputs from Flow Studio runs and AI Suite tools
To mark an asset as a favorite, hover over its thumbnail and click the heart icon. Favorites are personal — each team member has their own favorites list that doesn't affect other users.
You can further organize assets using folders and collections.
- Folders — create folder hierarchies to group assets by project, campaign, or category.
- Collections — automatically generated groups of related assets from generation runs. You can also create manual collections.
Quick Actions
When viewing an asset's detail modal, you can:
- Copy name — click the copy icon next to the asset name to copy it to your clipboard.
- Copy ID — hover over the asset ID to reveal a copy icon. Useful for API and MCP integrations.
Inline Previews
The asset detail modal renders a preview tailored to each format:
- Images — full-size view with zoom and pan.
- Videos — inline player with playback controls.
- Audio — inline
<audio>player with playback controls. - PDF — embedded document viewer.
- CSV — first 100 rows as a table; download for the full file (large CSVs are capped at 2 MB during preview to keep the UI responsive).
- DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, ZIP — typed thumbnail with Open and Download buttons.
- Text, code, subtitles (SRT / VTT) — monospace inline preview.
