Workspace Settings
The workspace settings page lets you configure your workspace's identity, control model and tool access, review storage usage, and perform critical actions. Access to each settings page depends on your role and plan.
General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspace Name | The display name for your workspace, visible to all members |
| Workspace Slug | The URL-friendly identifier used in workspace links |
| Workspace Avatar | An optional image representing your workspace |
To update these settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Workspace > General.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save.
Only Owners and Admins can access the General settings page.
Workspace Preferences
On Team plans (Team, Business, Enterprise), Owners and Admins can configure workspace-wide preferences that control what models, tools, and generation options are available to all members.
Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Preferences.
Model and tool access
- Toggle individual image models on or off (at least one must remain enabled)
- Toggle individual video models on or off (at least one must remain enabled)
- Toggle individual AI Suite tools on or off
Restricted models and tools are completely hidden from members — they don't appear in selectors or the AI Suite hub. If a member navigates directly to a restricted tool's URL, they see an "Access Restricted" message.
Workspace defaults
- Default image model for new generations
- Default video model for new generations
- Default gallery view mode
Generation limits
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Max images per generation | 1–4 or unlimited |
| Custom resolution | Enable or disable |
| Default video resolution | 480p, 720p, or 1080p |
| Default video duration | 4s–12s |
| Audio default | Enabled, disabled, or no default |
| Allowed image aspect ratios | 1:1, 2:3, 3:2, 3:4, 4:3, 4:5, 5:4, 9:16, 16:9, 21:9 |
| Allowed video aspect ratios | 1:1, 3:4, 4:3, 9:16, 16:9 |
Use Workspace Preferences together with Member Limits for fine-grained control. Workspace Preferences set the baseline for everyone, and Member Limits let you further restrict individual members.
Storage Usage
The storage section shows how much of your plan's storage quota you are currently using. You can see a breakdown by asset type (images, videos, other files) to understand where your storage is going.
If you are approaching your limit, consider:
- Deleting unused assets or generation outputs
- Archiving old projects
- Upgrading your plan for additional storage
Danger Zone
The danger zone contains irreversible actions. Proceed with caution.
| Action | Who Can Do It | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer Ownership | Owner only | Transfer the Owner role to another member of the workspace |
| Delete Workspace | Owner only | Permanently delete the workspace and all its content |
Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone. All projects, assets, workflows, and generation history within the workspace will be lost. Make sure to export anything you need before proceeding.
